There are 3 ways!

1. (1) ONLINE STORE (the fastest!) – Simply click and browse Our Products, choose the size/flavour options for your favourite products and Add to Cart – Select your preferred time for delivery/pickup in the cart then use our secure checkout to confirm your order.
2. (2) CALL US – We will assist you to place your order over the phone during our opening hours.
3. (3) VISIT OUR STORE – Click Contact Us to find our current opening hours.

We make all our products to order, from scratch and with lots of love so they do take time. Lead time on our products range from 12 hours to 3 weeks. Our Acclaimed Signature Cupcakes can be ordered for the same day if you order before 11am. The sooner you get you order in, the better chance we have of making a gorgeous product for you when you want it!

Our Cart page allows you to specify if you would like to Pick Up or Delivery and the Date and Time of Pick-Up or Delivery

Yes. Please type your message in the Order Notes when placing your order. There is no additional cost for this.

Online, over the phone or in-store we take MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX. Paypal and EFT facilities are also available. You can also pay with cash in our Waverley store. Please note that all orders, excluding corporate account orders, must be prepaid.

Once you have added your desired products to the online store cart, you can select Pick-Up or Delivery in the cart and your preferred Date and Time for receiving your order. Of course, we can also assist via phone or in-store.

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. Tuesday to Friday, we have two delivery times slots 9am to 1pm and 1pm to 5pm. On Saturdays, delivery is from 11am to 3pm. If you need your products for Sunday, we recommend ordering for delivery on Saturday.

We deliver Sydney wide. Our products are delivered by 3rd party careful couriers throughout Sydney CBD and suburbs and all our products online can be delivered this way. We deliver to your home, office, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres, schools, hospitals, wedding reception venues

Yes, you can select your preferred date and window for delivery in our Cart to ensure you get your order when you want it.

Our Cart page allows you to specify your preferred time to Pick Up your order from our store. Pickup is available from Tuesday to Saturday. Saturday strictly until mid-day only

Yes, we understand things can happen and variations may be required. Simply email us your order number and what you would like to change. You can also see our Terms & Conditions, for reference. We will confirm your updated order via email and inform you if any additional charges are required from you.

If you need to cancel your order, we will offer a refund if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the delivery/pick-up date. If you cancel within 3-6 days of delivery/pick-up date we will provide you a 50% refund. If you cancel your order outside of that time frame, we can offer to reschedule your delivery or convert the order into store credit instead. Please note that refunds will be processed in the next 48 hours and will reflect your account within 7-10 days.

Cupcakes and Cakes travel best in their box on a flat surface such as inside a car boot rather than on a lap or front seat. Boxes should not be stacked

Our products are best eaten within 24 hours of purchase. Never put The Cupcake Princess Cakes, Cupcakes or Cookies in a refrigerator. This will cause them to be dry and stale. Store them at room temperature in an airtight container and they will last for a few days. If the weather is especially humid, store in an air conditioned room.

Yes most definitely! All of our Cupcakes, Cakes and Cookies are baked from scratch fresh in store daily and stocks are topped up regularly throughout the day.

No. All The Cupcake Princess products are made in a nut free environment. However The Cupcake Princess is a nut herself!

Yes we do. For Dairy Free, Egg Free and Gluten Free Cupcakes as we need to make these in a special batch there are minimum order quantities of 24 for small and 12 for large cupcakes.
